MULTAN: Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, officially inaugurated the Multan University of Science and Technology and inspected various departments of the university.
He remarked, “I am delighted to witness the incorporation of modern scientific teachings and research amenities at the Multan University of Science and Technology.” He commended the university for its efforts in promoting technology-driven higher education.
Emphasizing the demand for nurses in Pakistan, Naqvi urged the university to bolster its nursing admissions. He assured the government’s readiness to cooperate with the university in this regard.
Also in attendance at the event were Mansoor Qadir, the Provincial Education Minister, the Inspector General of Police, the Secretary of Health, the Secretary of Construction and Communications, the Additional Chief Secretary of South Punjab, and relevant officials. —APP
