PESHAWAR: The Provincial Meteorological Center Peshawar Monday predicted cold and partly cloudy weather in most parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
It said that rain with moderate to isolated heavy snowfall over the hilltops is likely in Chitral, Buner, Swat, Shangla, Lower and Upper Dir, Malakand, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Bajaur, Kohistan, Abbottabad, Haripur, Swabi, Khyber and Kurram districts.
Isolated drizzle with thunderstorms and winds is likely to occur in Charsadda, Nowshera and Peshawar during the night.
Weather in last 24 hours
During the last twenty-four hours, cold and partly weather prevailed over most areas of the province, while the chilly cold was witnessed in upper and hilly areas. Rain with snow over the hilltops occurred in Mansehra, Upper Dir, Kohistan, Kurram, Swat, Chitral, Nowshera and Abbottabad, Mohmand, Khyber, Bajaur and Kohat districts.
