ISLAMABAD: A delegation of Commonwealth Observers, comprising 25 members and led by Chairman Goodluck Jonathan, conducted a comprehensive monitoring visit to oversee the polling process in the NA-47 and NA-46 constituencies of Islamabad. Their visit aimed to monitor transparency and fairness during the electoral proceedings.
The Commonwealth Observers visited several polling stations and observed the conduct of the voting process in the South Asian country. Additionally, they extended their scrutiny to the polling stations situated in the F-8 sector, a pivotal area of the capital city.
Following their thorough assessments and firsthand observations, the Commonwealth Observers expressed their complete satisfaction with the overall conduct of the polling process. Importantly, they unequivocally declared the polling process to be fair.
