PESHAWAR: A police constable was martyred after terrorists attacked Shahbaz Khail check post in the Lakki Marwat district of Pakistan’s northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday morning.
According to a police spokesman, the terrorists attacked the check post with sophisticated weapons. Police personnel deployed at the check post effectively foiled the attack.
Funeral prayer to be offered in Lakki Marwat
During a crossfire, a constable identified as Tehseen Ullah embraced martyrdom. The funeral prayer of the martyred constable will be offered at 10 am in the area.
