Ingredients:

For Caramel Sauce:

1 cup Sugar

3 tbsp Salted Dairy Butter

1 pack Dairy Cream

1 cup Full Cream Milk

For Whipped Cream:

1 cup (200 g) Whipping Cream

Reserved Caramel Sauce

For Assembling:

Biscuits (as required)

1 cup Caramel Milk

Whipped Cream (as required)

Caramel Sauce (as required)

Instructions:

In a pan, heat the sugar and let it melt. Add the Salted Dairy Butter and mix well.

Add the Dairy Cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Your caramel sauce is ready.

Reserve some of it for later use.

Add the Full Cream Milk to the leftover caramel sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Your caramel milk is ready. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater. Add the reserved caramel sauce and beat again. Set aside.

In another bowl, add the biscuits and caramel milk. Mix well.

In a dish, add a layer of the caramel milk-soaked biscuits. Top with whipped cream. Repeat with another layer of caramel biscuits and whipped cream.

Garnish with crushed biscuits and drizzle caramel sauce on top. Your Creamy Biscuit Dessert is ready to enjoy.
