Ingredients
For the Chicken Mixture:
1 1/2 cups boiled and shredded chicken
2/3 cup finely chopped carrots
2/3 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon mustard paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
For the Cheese Balls:
Prepared chicken mixture
Mozzarella cheese balls (as needed)
All-purpose flour (as needed)
Beaten eggs (as needed)
Bread crumbs (as needed)
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, carrots, cabbage, green chillies, potatoes, mayonnaise, soy sauce, chilli sauce, mustard paste, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and ginger garlic paste. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
Take a portion of the mixture and flatten it. Place a mozzarella cheese ball in the center and shape the mixture around it to form a ball.
Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs. For extra crispiness, dip in beaten eggs again and coat with bread crumbs a second time.
Deep fry the balls until golden and fully cooked.
