Ingredients
For the Potato Crepes:
- Potatoes (shredded) – 4-5
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
For the Garlic Mayo Sauce:
- Mayonnaise – 1 cup
- Garlic (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, black pepper, salt, and vinegar and mix well. Your Garlic Mayo Sauce is ready. Serve it with the Potato Crepes and enjoy.
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Place the grated potatoes in a muslin cloth and squeeze out the excess water.
- Transfer the squeezed potatoes to a bowl and add the salt, black pepper powder, and corn flour. Mix well.
- In a pan, add oil and spread an even layer of the potato mixture while keeping the flame off. Turn on the flame and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
