ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: During his address at the Commonwealth Business Forum in Samoa, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar emphasized the urgent need for increased investment in digital infrastructure and transformative technologies.
