ISLAMABAD: On Wednesday, the per tola price of 24-karat gold witnessed a decline, falling by Rs 600 and reaching Rs 215,500.
This contrasts with its previous sale at Rs 216,100 on the last trading day. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold experienced a decrease of Rs 515, settling at Rs 184,756 compared to Rs 185,271.
The rates for 10 grams of 22-karat gold also dropped to Rs 169,360 from Rs 169,832, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The prices for silver, both per tola and ten grams, remained unchanged at Rs 2,600 and Rs 2,229.08, respectively.
Internationally, the price of gold saw a minor decrease of $2, reaching $2,055 from $2,057, according to the Association’s report.
