Disabled Ghanim Al-Muftah Becomes Inspiration for All

DOHA: Ghanim Al-Muftah, a 20-year-old inspirational boy with a disability recognized across the world by beautifully reciting the Holy Quran during the FIFA World Cup 2022 opening ceremony. He starred alongside Morgan Freeman at the grand event in Doha, Qatar.

Ghanim was born with a rare disability known as Caudal Regression Syndrome, damaging the development of the lower half of the body. Due to his possible disability, many suggested her mother abort him but she decided to give birth.

Ghanim the youngest entrepreneur

Ghanim is being successfully fighting his disability and he is the youngest entrepreneur in Qatar who founded an ice cream business. Moreover, he plays different games despite his damaged body. At school, he used to play football wearing shoes on his hands, and would successfully chase the ball with friends.

Ghanim never allowed his physical disabilities to ruin his life and he has overcome every obstacle with the power of positive thinking. He is currently enrolled in a university, studying political science to become a diplomat.
