NEW YORK: Former US President Donald Trump was back in court of law on Thursday for his New York civil trial on fraud charges, once again denouncing the process as unfair.

Trump and his two sons are accused of inflating the value of their real estate assets to obtain more favorable loans and insurance terms, local media reported.

The ex-President lashed out on social media ahead of his case hearing, claiming his case was already decided against him before it even initiated.

During the case Trump has also called the judge in the trial, Arthur Engoron, “unhinged,” and “crazy” and condemned New York state Attorney General Letitia, who is Black, as “racist” and “corrupt”.  Talking to media Donald Trum said, “This is a witch hunt and it is a very corrupt trial.”

Donald Trump also faces federal allegations for allegedly mishandling top-secret papers following he left the office, and has been indicted for racketeering in Georgia on charges that he tried to overturn the 2020 poll results in the southern state.
