ISLAMABAD: The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) has issued notifications regarding the maximum retail prices (MRPs) for 25 life-saving drugs.
The Inhaler (Turbohaler) will now be available at Rs 1,389(400mcg) and Rs 833(200mcg).
The maximum price for a pack of 10 Zerbaxa powder has been set at Rs153,566, a pack of 30 Lorviqua 25mg tablets will have a price of Rs276,857, while the pack of 30 for the 100mg tablet will be sold for Rs 846,857.
A package comprising seven Ibrance tablets in 75mg, 100mg, and 125mg variations will be sold for Rs 74,510. The maximum retail price for a pack of 20 Paracetamol tablets has been adjusted to Rs 192.
Furthermore, a package encompassing 50 Bilastine tablets will be sold for Rs 1,723. As for the Rupatadine solution, it will be sold at a maximum price of Rs 207 for the 60ml container and Rs 406 for the 120ml container. A pack containing 30 Alogliptin tablets will carry a maximum price of Rs 650.
In the case of Trelagliptin, the revised maximum prices stand at Rs 10,263 for the 50mg strength and Rs 17,105 for the 100mg strength. A package containing 10 Tofacitinib tablets will now be priced at Rs 26,710.
