Ingredients
For the Base:
1 Egg
115 g Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
82 g Oil
55 g Full Cream Milk
30 g Yogurt
110 g All-purpose flour
20 g Cocoa powder
5 g Baking soda
5 g Baking powder
Coffee mixture (65 g hot water + 5 g coffee powder)
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 pack Dairy Cream
200 g Dark chocolate
For the Chocolate Frosting:
1 pack Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Chocolate ganache
For Assembling:
Prepared cake base
Sugar syrup (as needed)
Chocolate ganache (as needed)
Chocolate frosting (as needed)
Whipped cream (as needed)
Melted chocolate (as needed)
Cocoa powder (as needed)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and vanilla essence. Add oil, full cream milk, and yogurt, and mix well.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix hot water with coffee powder. Stir this into the batter until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25-30 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven, trim the uneven top, and cut the cake into two discs. Place each disc into a Dream Cake mold and set aside.
In a bowl, combine dairy cream and dark chocolate. Microwave for one minute, then stir until the chocolate is fully melted. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until fluffy with stiff peaks. Set aside half for later use. Mix the remaining whipped cream with the chocolate ganache to create the chocolate frosting.
In the Dream Cake molds with the cake base, drizzle sugar syrup over the cake layers. Add alternating layers of chocolate frosting, whipped cream, chocolate ganache, and melted chocolate. Allow the cake to chill until the chocolate sets.
Dust the top with cocoa powder, and your Dream Cake is ready to serve.
