APP, ISLAMABAD, Jul. 10:The Bagh Alpine Club, in partnership with the MTBC, successfully organised the Eco Hike 2023 with the goal of exposing people to the unspoiled beauty of Kashmir and encouraging ecotourism in the region.
According to the press release, the event, which was overseen by the Alpine Club of Pakistan, attracted about 70 people from all four provinces of Pakistan and several regions of Azad Kashmir.
Stunning scenery and a tough 40-kilometer trek were the setting for the Eco Hike in the Pir Panjal Range of Bagh District. From Ganga Choti to Noor Gala, the adventurers travelled through gorgeous villages and tough terrain.
Camping out for the night in Mastan Dhok’s picturesque landscape was a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience.
The fundamental goal of Eco Hike 2023 was to promote clean tourism and fight environmental pollution while discovering the vastly under-explored green meadows and breathtaking mountains of Kashmir.
The conference’s overarching goal was to encourage responsible travel and conservation of natural areas.
Bagh Alpine Club will not stop hosting exciting events like these to encourage people to spend time in nature and learn about environmental issues as a means of strengthening the case for ecotourism. The event was made possible by MTBC, the largest IT provider in Pakistan.
There were athletes from all around the world competing in Eco Hike 2023, and they all seemed to enjoy the challenge.
The event was attended by influential people such as President of the Alpine Club of Pakistan Abu Zafar Sadique, who helped spread the message of responsible travel.
The Bagh Alpine Club and the MTBC are both still dedicated to their original missions of encouraging healthy lifestyles and protecting natural environments by supporting sustainable tourist practises. They get together to make a difference in people’s lives and the world around them.
