ECP Forms Monitoring Center for NA-148 bye-Polls

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has set up the Election Monitoring and Control Center (EMCC) to register and address people complaints during the upcoming NA-148 bye-polls in Multan, scheduled for Sunday, local media reported.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) spokesperson has announced that the public can contact this center to file any complaints regarding elections.

The ECP has also set up control centers at four levels to register and promptly address public issues regarding polls. These control rooms are located at various level including provincial, divisional, and district levels, as well as at the Election Commission Secretariat in Islamabad.

The ECP spokesperson asked individuals to file their concerns regarding the bye-polls with EMAC via email at [email protected], emphasizing the availability of a 24/7 helpline at 111-327-000 for their convenience.

The control center, which is also equipped to monitor both electronic media and social media, will stay operational until the results of the elections are finalized. The complaints can also be lodged via fax at 051-9204404.
