LONDON: Former-Fatah leader Mohammed Dahlan has said that US is a complicit in the ethnic cleansing of innocent Palestinians in war-hit Gaza strip.
During an interview with TIME magazine, he accused Biden administration of its failure to demand a ceasefire and said history would criticize the US for intensifying the conflict.
The Palestinian leader said Biden is a contributor in the war as he gave Netanyahu a license to kill children.
He asked how Biden and his secretary of state allowed Netanyahu to storm Al-Shifa Hospital on mere speculations.
He went on to the say that the US thinks that Hamas is like the Central Command of the US Army, having a leadership and are sitting under a hospital.
Dahlan said that Secretary of State Antony Blinken has converted the war in Gaza into a religious conflict.
US administration full partner in Israeli crimes
The Palestinian leader strongly believed that the US administration is a full partner in this crime of Israel.
He said European leaders including France and the UK, were also partners upto some extent in the crime as they have not acted against Israeli actions in Gaza.
The former Fatah leader told the US media outlet that Israel’s extensive bombing is breeding the next generation of Palestinian militants. He said its actions in Gaza are putting Israeli citizens to long-lasting insecurity.
Dahlan to a question said Palestinians are not warmongers and that they would defend themselves to the end.
“We are not the ones calling for killing others, but if others come to kill us, we have the right to defend ourselves,” he said.
He added any peace in the region would depend on the satisfactory resolution of the plight of Palestinians.
The Palestinian leader said Israel has to make with the Palestinian people, to have security and stability.
