PARIS: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) envoy to France has attended in a seminar, organized by the French Institute of International Relations, on Saudi foreign policy, gains, and challenges, Arab media reported on Friday.
Experts Laud Saudi Arabia’s Role in Global Arena
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Chief Executive Officer and founder of French Institute of International Relations Thierry de Montbrial lauded Saudi’s role in the global arena and the progress and developments at all levels.
During the panel, the Kingdom’s envoy Fahd bin Mayouf Al-Ruwaili emphasized the importance of the recent visit of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to France in enhancing ties between the two sides. He highlighted Saudi Arabia’s comprehensive development effort as part of the strategy under the Saudi Vision 2030.
The ambassador also presented a briefing on the central pillars of the Saudi Arabia’s foreign policy, its ties, and efforts to attain peace and stability at the regional and global levels via its effective membership in international organizations and conventions.
Fahd bin Mayouf Al-Ruwaili also highlighted the role of Saudi Arabia in the G20, where Saudi Arabia has submitted several key initiatives to combat terrorism and radicalism, protect the environment, address issues of poverty and debt crises.
