KATHMANDU, Nepal: The two made mountaineering history and were accorded the same in an impressive ceremony held in Nepal. Kristin Harila from Norway and Tenjin “Lama” Sherpa from Nepal climbed all the 14 eight thousand meter peaks in the world in record time beating the 2019 record of 6 months and 6 days by Nirmal Pujara also from Nepal.
The two achieved the incredible fete in 92 days. Kristin has been over 8000 meter 28 times and is taking a break from climbing after achieving the incredible.
