ISLAMABAD: The Senate was told on Friday that the federal government is ready to cooperate with the provinces to eradicate the menace of terrorism and maintain law and order in the country.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar responding to a question during the Question Hour session in the upper house of the parliament said that Federal Government is in touch with the provincial governments regarding law and order situation in the country.
The Information Minister also asked the provincial governments to set up Safe City projects to overcome the terrorists’ activities in their areas.
