RIYADH: FIFA President Gianni Infantino, Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) Yasser Al Misehal, Vice President Lamia bint Ibrahim Bahian, Secretary-General Ibrahim Al-Qasim, and a number of football legends have visited the Regional Training Center in Jeddah, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
According to the SPA, Infantino met with male and female talents at the Center, commending the distinguished potential of the Center, reflecting the great development in football in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

He also listened to a briefing by the technical director at the SAFF Nasser Larguet regarding the Center’s work mechanisms and upcoming plans based on strategies to improve regional training centers to improve football in Saudi Arabia, the SPA maintained.
Yasser Al Misehal stated that Infantino’s trip to Jeddah-based Center, which came on the sidelines of his attendance of the FIFA Club World Cup 2023, was of prime import for FIFA to cooperate with SAFF to improve football in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expand the game base among all age categories.
