ISLAMABAD: With the deadline for team submissions now behind us, the cricket management of all eight participating nations has announced their squads for the eagerly awaited ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, scheduled to take place from February 19 to March 9, 2025, in Pakistan and Dubai.
This mega tournament heralds the return of the ICC Champions Trophy after an eight-year break, set to commence on February 19. The opening match will see the host nation and reigning champions, Pakistan, go head-to-head against New Zealand at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.
Spanning 19 days, this eight-team competition will feature 15 thrilling matches held across Pakistan and Dubai.
The initial phase of the tournament will see the teams split into two groups. Each squad will battle it out in three group-stage encounters, with the top two teams from each group earning a coveted spot in the semi-finals.
Group A is made up of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and New Zealand, while Group B features Afghanistan, England, Australia, and South Africa.
