ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department on Wednesday said that cold and dry weather is likely to continue in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
However, people in plain districts of Punjab may face fog in the morning hours. As per the synoptic situation, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.
Next 24 hours
The weather will remain cold and partly cloudy on Thursday in most parts of the country. As per meteorological department, the country saw dry weather during the last 24 hours while it was cold in northern areas.
Temperature in different cities
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (Met), a maximum of 13 degrees Celsius (°C) temperature was recorded in Islamabad, 16°C in Lahore, 22°C in Karachi, 7.5°C in Peshawar, 1.5 °C in Quetta, and 7°C in Gilgit.
