RIYADH: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi has met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece Alexandra Papadopoulou and discussed the crisis in Gaza, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
The two officials reviewed the latest developments in the region, focusing on the crisis in Gaza and the tragic and dangerous situation in the Palestinian territories due to ongoing violations by Israeli occupation forces.
They also discussed strengthening GCC-Greece cooperation, to serve common interests, and the latest developments concerning the Joint Action Plan reached after signing a memorandum of understanding in 2021, which aims to strengthen ties.
