Gold Price Declines by Rs.200, to Rs. 204,300 Per Tola in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The per tola price of 24 karats gold went down by Rs 200 on Monday and was traded at Rs.204,300 against the sale of Rs. 204,500 on the previous trading day.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karats of gold also witnessed a decrease of Rs 172, to Rs 175,154 from Rs 175,326, whereas that of 10 grams of 22 karats decreased to Rs.160,558 from Rs. 160,715, All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.
The price of one tola (12grm) and ten-gram silver remained unchanged at

Rs.2,250 and Rs.1,929, respectively.

Gold Price in International Market

However, as per reports of the association, gold prices in the international market witnessed an increase of US$5 to US$ 1,870 against its sale at 1,865 US Doller on the last trading day.

The slight depreciation in Pakistani markets are due to the appreciation of the rupee against the dollar on Monday.
