ISLAMABAD: The price of per tola 24 karat gold increased by 800 rupees to 172,700 rupees on Saturday against its sale at 171,900 rupees during the last day.

Similarly, the rate of 10 gram 24 karat gold increased by 686 rupees to 148,062 rupees from 47,376; whereas the price of 10 gram 22 karat gold went up to 135,724 rupees from 135,095 rupees, All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said.
The price of per tola silver also increased by 20 rupees to 1980 rupees whereas that of 10-gram silver went up by 17.15 rupees to 1697.53 rupees. In the international market, the price of gold also increased by 11 US dollars to 1,793 US dollars compared to its sale at 1,782 US dollars the association stated.
