Gold Rates Increases by Rs.100 To Rs.229,500 Per Tola in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported that the per tola cost of 24-karat gold saw an increase of Rs.100 on Wednesday and was sold at Rs.229,500 in comparison to its sale at Rs. 229,400 on the previous trading day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went up by Rs.86 to Rs.196,760 from Rs. 196,674 whereas the price of 10-gram of 22-karat gold increased to Rs.180,363 from Rs. 180,284. The price of 10-gram and per tola silver remained unchanged at Rs.2,211.93 and Rs.2,580 respectively.

The Association reported that in the international market, the price of gold increased by $7 to $2,200 from $.2,193.
