ISLAMABAD: The price of per tola of 24 karat gold increased by 1,000 rupees and was sold at 251,500 rupees on Friday against its sale at 250,500 rupees on previous trading day.
The price of ten grams of 24 karat gold increased by 858 rupees to 215,621 rupees from 214,763 rupees whereas that of ten gram 22 karat gold increased to 197,652 rupees from 196,866 rupees, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said.
The price of per tola and 10 gram silver remained unchanged at 2,860 rupees and 2,451.98 rupees respectively. The price of gold in the global market increased by 3 to 2,473 dollars from 2,470, the Association said.
