ISLAMABAD: The Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training has announced that a high-level delegation from Google will soon visit Pakistan.

The purpose of this visit is to explore potential cooperation in the fields of education and technology, aiming to enhance educational outcomes and expand access to quality education, especially for out-of-school children.

This visit is a result of the Ministry of Federal Education’s request to Google for support in developing a digitally enabled education system in Pakistan. Preliminary work has already been carried out by advance teams from Google, who have expressed enthusiasm about the potential collaboration.

The Ministry also organized a national workshop with various stakeholders to discuss technological solutions for educating out-of-school children and to explore further cooperation in the education and technology sectors.

“We are excited to welcome the Google team to Pakistan and to explore innovative ways to leverage technology for improving educational outcomes,” stated the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training. “This collaboration holds the promise of transforming the educational landscape in Pakistan, making quality education accessible to all.”
