Govt Concerned Over KP’s Worsening Security Situation: Rana Sanaullah

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Interior Rana Sanaullah Khan on Saturday said that the federal government was seriously concerned over the worsening law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The minister criticized the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for not learning a lesson from the terrorist attack on the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Centre in Bannu last month, where scores of law enforcers were held hostage by militants.

Rana Sanaullah criticizes KP govt

In a statement, he lambasted Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan and said that all energies of the chief minister were utilized on dissolving the assembly.

Taking to his Twitter handle Rana Sana said

“The KP police are not safe from terrorist attacks, then what will be the state of people’s protection?”,

He paid tribute to the martyred police officials of the province and saluted their sacrifices.
