ISLAMABAD: The police have recovered bodies of four youths in a car in Gujranwala, according to the local media.
They said the bodies were recovered from the area of Chan da Qila of Gujranwala. The police said among the deceased were two brothers and two cousins.
According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Daniyal, Zain, Afaq and Shahriyar.
The bodies were shifted to the hospital for autopsy while the police have started an investigation into the incident.
Meanwhile, four people were killed in firing on a car in Faisalabad. Police said the deceased included a man and his daughter. Four people, including two women, were also injured in the incident, the police added.
The police termed the incident outcome of an old enmity, adding that an investigation is underway.
