WASHINGTON, USA: Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign sharply responded to former President Donald Trump’s unfounded accusations that she used artificial intelligence to fabricate large crowds at her rallies. Trump, on his social platform Truth Social, claimed without evidence that Harris manipulated images to depict massive crowds at her events, calling her a “cheater” and demanding her disqualification from the presidential race.

The Harris campaign quickly countered these claims, posting a genuine photo of a 15,000-person rally in Michigan and mocking Trump for his lack of recent swing state appearances. The campaign’s response highlighted a surge in enthusiasm for Harris following President Biden’s withdrawal from the race, as seen in increased fundraising and larger rally turnouts.

Trump, who has historically fixated on crowd sizes as a marker of popularity, alleged that Harris digitally altered images to show nonexistent supporters, labeling this as “election interference.” However, there is no evidence supporting Trump’s claims; on the contrary, photos and videos verify the authenticity of the crowds at Harris’s events.

These accusations from Trump align with his ongoing efforts to cast doubt on the electoral process, echoing his unfounded claims of fraud in the 2020 election. His latest attack appears to be an attempt to delegitimize Harris’s campaign as she gains momentum in the race.
