ISLAMABAD: The twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad experienced morning rain, resulting in water getting accumulated in low-lying areas and causing inconvenience to commuters.
It affected traffic flow, particularly at locations like underpasses where motorcyclists took refuge from the heavy downpour that lasted for a good half an hour and more.
The black clouds burst into a rainstorm putting life on stand still and cleansing all roads.
