Water keeps the body hydrated and helps flush out toxins from the body, thereby protecting the body from many diseases. Therefore, according to experts, drinking water is a healthy habit that helps improve your overall health.

Rigorous exercise

Exercise, on the other hand, has been shown in many previous studies to keep you healthy at any age, even in the elderly. Exercising results in the release of hormones from the body that not only protect you from various diseases but also have the ability to slow down the effects of aging. Exercise helps in rejuvenating the skin along with your overall health, the importance of exercise can be gauged from the fact that a few minutes of vigorous or moderate exercise can help improve health.

Along with these habits, it is important to eat a balanced diet, stay away from all kinds of addictions, have restful sleep, and avoid stress.
