ISLAMABAD: The Registrar’s Office of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) directed the Islamabad Police and district administration on Monday to take security measures for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s predicted appearance on Tuesday.
Imran Khan’s Interim bail petition
In a circular, the registrar said an IHC bench would hear Imran Khan’s interim bail petition on May 31 at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom No.3. Special passes would be needed for media and lawyers to enter the court premises, while court staff would be excluded.
The registrar said 10 lawyers from the Attorney General’s office and 30 members of the Islamabad High Court Bar Association would be allowed. Imran Khan would be allowed to have 15 lawyers with him.
