ISLAMABAD: A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear the appeal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana criminal case on November 7.
The Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) registrar office has issued the cause list for this proceeding. Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will be part of the IHC bench. Chairman PTI has challenged the trial court’s decision of August 5.
The IHC had previously given relief to Chairman PTI by suspending his sentence in the Toshakhana case. This upcoming hearing holds significant implications for the political landscape in Pakistan and the fate of the PTI chairman.
