LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, on Saturday, reacted to the party leader Fawad Chaudhry’s arrest and ongoing hearing in court. He said that Fawad Chaudhry is being treated as a terrorist like we are living in a Banana republic.
Taking to Twitter, the deposed prime minister said that “jungle law” prevails in the country as every influential person tramples the law and constitution. He added that there is no doubt we are living in a Banana republic.
Fawad Chaudhry was produced in court as terrorist
Imran Khan went on to say that Fawad Chaudhry was produced before the court like a terrorist; before him, Azam Swati and Shahbaz Gill also faced such treatment.
