India’s Abrogation of IIOJK Status Fulfills Hindutva Agenda: AJK PM

MUZAFFARABAD: Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar Haq showing solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) criticized India’s decision to abrogate the special status of the disputed region.

The Prime Minister in a special video message on the eve of Youm-e-Istehsal (Day of Exploitation) Kashmir said that Kashmiris residing on both sides of the Line of Control and the world observe August 5 as a black day.

He said the Modi’s government abrogated the special status of IIOJK on August 5, 2019, to fulfill the agenda of Hindutva.

IIOJK turned into Prison

He noted the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir has been converted into a prison for the last four years.

Chaudhry Anwar Haq accused India of violating the rights of the people of IIOJK.

He said Jammu and Kashmir is a disputed area, and India’s illegal act to change its status is against the charter of the United Nations.
