Indonesian Visa Process Becomes Easy: Indonesian Ambassador

ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of Indonesia to Pakistan Adam M. Tugio has said that Indonesia is now open for tourists and international travelers and for this, the normal visa process for multiple purposes has been resumed.

Speaking to a group of travel agents in Haripur, a town in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, who had been invited by the Indonesian Embassy to a briefing on the new post-pandemic visa rules.

Indonesian Visa Process

Upon submission of the application with the required documentation, he stated that the visa process will now take three working days. The government has also been working to create five additional world-class tourist attractions in addition to Bali to welcome people from around the world and allow them to take in the diverse beauty of the world’s largest archipelago, according to the envoy.

Possibility of direct flights

In response to the possibility of beginning a direct flight from Pakistan to Indonesia in order to accommodate the growing number of visitors, Ambassador Tugio informed the attendees that the Embassy has been working to achieve this goal by contacting the national flag carrier of Indonesia and private airlines and expressed the hope that direct flights would soon become a reality.

The Indonesian ambassador said, “Initially, it was agreed to launch direct flights three times a week in 2020, but the epidemic prompted the private airlines to completely reschedule it.”
