InnoXera Summit Explores Ways to Revolutionize Education Through Technology

ISLAMABAD: The 6th InnoXera Summit, the biggest event in the education and technology sectors, was held at a local hotel in Islamabad, marking its second consecutive year in Pakistan. This year’s summit, themed “Beyond the Screen: Expanding the Boundaries of Learning,” aimed to redefine traditional education through innovative technological applications and collaborative efforts.

The summit started with a keynote address by Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Pakistan. Wani praised the collaborative efforts between government and private institutions in revolutionizing education through technology.

“As Secretary Federal Education, I am thrilled to witness the collaborative efforts of government and private institutions in revolutionizing education in Pakistan through technology,” he stated. “Together, we are harnessing the power of innovation to create a future-ready generation, bridging the digital divide, and unlocking endless possibilities for our youth. This synergy marks a significant milestone in our journey towards a knowledge-based economy, and I am confident that it will have a transformative impact on the educational landscape of Pakistan.”

The summit featured over 26 speakers, including panels and keynotes focusing on digital transformation in education, the future of e-learning, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in classrooms. These discussions aimed to push the boundaries of educational methods and technology, exploring new possibilities for learning and teaching.

InnoXera Pakistan 2024 received substantial support from notable sponsors. Classera was the main sponsor, with Ufone, PTCL, and Business Solutions as platinum sponsors. Intel and Microsoft also participated as strategic partners, contributing their technological expertise to the summit.

A significant highlight of the summit was the unveiling of the e-Taleem platform, a groundbreaking project by Classera Inc., PTCL, and HP Classeasy technologies, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. The e-Taleem platform aims to revolutionize Pakistan’s educational framework by providing digital learning solutions to over 200,000 users over the next three years. It focuses on enhancing critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and digital literacy among students, setting a new standard for educational excellence in Pakistan.

The summit also featured an exhibition where participants showcased their latest innovations. Attendees had the chance to explore cutting-edge educational technologies and engage with VR and AI demonstrations, offering a glimpse into the future of learning.
