ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal stated that investors are showing increasing confidence in the government’s direction and decisions.
Speaking at an event in Islamabad today, he noted that the Pakistan Stock Market is reaching historic highs, while inflation has dropped to 6.7 percent.
Iqbal said that the global community is beginning to see Pakistan as a successful turnaround country and urged for greater collaboration to foster national progress and development.

Addressing the challenges posed by climate change, the Minister highlighted the government’s commitment to building community resilience, improving infrastructure adaptability, and ensuring food and water security.
