ISLAMABAD: Senator Sitara Ayaz, Secretary-General of the International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC), hosted a distinguished dinner reception at Islamabad Club to honor H.E. Kairat Sarybay, Secretary-General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA).
