ISLAMABAD: Iran’s Deputy Minister of Interior Seyed Majid Mirahmadi arrived in Islamabad along with a delegation to participate in the 10th Pakistan-Iran Special Security Committee huddle.
The 10th special security committee indicates pragmatic determination of the two brotherly countries to promote bilateral cooperation in realizing common interests as well as dealing with the common threats and challenges including terrorism and security issues in the common borders, said a press release issued by the Iran embassy in Islamabad.
It said that undoubtedly, challenges like terrorism are common pains requiring joint cooperation to combat, the building blocks of which could be laid in this round of talks.
