ISLAMABAD: Let’s Grow Together, a grand event of the Bahaar Rung-Islamabad Women Gala by a community of entrepreneurs, kicked off at the F-9 Park on Saturday (today) to promote house-based women employees and artisans.

The two-day women’s gala is being organised for the fourth time featuring over 150 stalls of made-in-Pakistan house-made products by women entrepreneurs, including a variety of lifestyle exhibits like fashion products, resin art, interior decor products, paintings, furniture, garments, and jewelry, etc.

Some stalls have also been allocated to children to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship in fresh minds and engage them in healthy activities.

A traditional puppet show would be part of activities for children to create awareness of various social issues and keep the traditional performing arts alive.

A food court has also been set up at the gala to offer a variety of foods for families and visitors in a cultural and fresh environment.

Some stalls have been dedicated to imported products for income generation of women entrepreneurs, said Ambreen Haider, leader of Let’s Grow Together Community. The Islamabad Women’s Gala is a fun-filled event encouraging women entrepreneurs from across the country.
