JENIN: Israeli forces killed four Palestinians in the occupied West Bank on Monday in a raid that saw seven Israeli security personnel injured as the military said it pursued “wanted suspects”.
The Palestinian health ministry said that four Palestinians were martyred and at least 45 others were injured as a result of the occupation aggression on Jenin in the northern West Bank.
The ministry said in a statement that one of those killed was a teenager, fifteen-year-old Ahmed Saqer. The two others were Khaled Assassa, 21, and Qassam Abu Saria, 29, AFP reported.
Israeli soldiers wounded
Israel said that 2 soldiers and five Israel Border Police personnel were injured in the fighting.
