WEST BANK: Israeli forces conducted a raid in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday and brutally killed two Palestinian children, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported. The victims were identified as 8-year-old Adam Samer al-Ghoul and 15-year-old Basil Suleiman Abu al-Wafa.
The Israeli army’s operation in the Jenin refugee camp included the forced evacuation of residents in the ad-Damj neighborhood at gunpoint, leading to widespread destruction. According to Palestinian news agency Wafa, the Israeli army utilized a drone to bomb a house during the raid.
In a joint statement to Israeli media, the Border Police, Israeli army, and Shin Bet security agency confirmed the killing of two Palestinian children. The statement acknowledged two additional deaths amid clashes in the area. A total of 17 Palestinian civilians were arrested during the operation.
