Tournament organizers clarified that the incident was accidental, explaining that the bottle had fallen out of a spectator’s bag as they reached out for an autograph. Despite briefly remaining on the ground, Djokovic was assisted by security and underwent necessary checks, reassuring everyone that his condition is stable.
