ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistan cricket captain, Javed Miandad, has extended his willingness to contribute towards the improvement of cricket in the country, offering his services during a meeting with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman, Mohsin Naqvi.
Miandad affirmed his availability to assist in the advancement of cricket, expressing his commitment to the development of the sport in Pakistan.
The meeting between Miandad and Naqvi also saw discussions on strategies aimed at promoting and nurturing Pakistan cricket on sustainable grounds. Miandad congratulated Naqvi on his appointment as PCB chairman and lauded the successful inauguration of the Pakistan Super League 9 in Lahore under the leadership of Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Naqvi.

Expressing optimism for the future of Pakistan cricket under Naqvi’s leadership, Miandad conveyed his hopes for the sport to reach new heights. Naqvi, who was unanimously elected as the PCB chairman for the next three years on February 6, is set to lead the board in its efforts to revitalize and elevate Pakistan’s cricketing stature on the global stage.
