JI to Contest Elections With its Own Flag and Symbol: Mian Aslam

ISLAMABAD: Mian Muhammad Aslam, Naib Ameer Jamat-i-Islami (JI) has said that his party will contest elections with its own flag and symbol as the allied politics has disappointed its leadership and workers.

Talking with the senior journalist on Monday, he said that the party leadership has decided that it would never provide its shoulder to other parties nor will get their support to form the government.

He said that the real cause of the problems the nation is faced with today is that there is no implementation of the Islamic law in its spirit. Pakistan has become the hub of problems due to unable leadership.

He added that PTI and PDM governments did not nothing except bringing economic, political and constitutional crises into the country.

He also criticized the Transgender Persons Protection Act, terming it un-Islamic and said that his party would never make it a success.

Nasarullah Rindhawa, Ameer Jamat-i-Islami Islamabad, Shahid Shamsi, media coordinator and Sajjad Ahmed Abbasi, district secretary information were also present in the media talk.
