MUMBAI: Bollywood actor John Abraham got into a heated confrontation with a journalist during the trailer launch event for his upcoming film “Vedaa”, co-starring Sharvari. The “Dhoom” star was offended when a journalist claimed that his movies are repetitive as he is mostly seen in action movies.
When a journalist suggested that John Abraham should try something new, the actor lost his cool and replied, “Have you seen the movie? Can I call out senseless questions and idiots?” John went on to urge people to not judge the movie just by its trailer.
One of the journalists then remarked that the trailer indicated it was an action film, to which the star replied, “No, let me clarify that this is a different kind of movie. In my opinion, it is a very intense performance of mine. Obviously, you haven’t watched the movie yet.”
However, the actor appeared to calm down as he said, “Watch the film first, and then whatever you say. But if you are wrong, I’ll come back strong to challenge your views.”
