DUBAI: Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Hotel is planning to launch the Ramadan Garden, which offers a sustainable dining experience during the holy month of Ramadan, Arab media reported on Monday.

The site is set to be a plastic-free Ramadan venue, while all drinking water served will be filtered at the resort’s plant. According to media reports about 60 percent of the ingredients used in the menu will be obtained locally.
